Reservation Policy:
The prices mentioned do not include 16% VAT, Operational Fee, or tips to guides and boat captains.
If you require an invoice, please request it at the time of confirming the service.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date, with the remainder due before the service date.
The proposal is valid for 5 days from the date it was made. All prices are subject to change and availability with our suppliers.
In case of cancellation, if it is made before 15 days prior to the date, a penalty of 50% will be charged. If canceled after, the penalty will be 100%.
If you require additional hours beyond the agreed-upon service time, there will be an extra charge.
Food and beverages outside of this presentation will be paid for by the client. There are no refunds for service cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service.
